Third Trimester Cravings

The foods I enjoy have changed with this last part of my pregnancy:
Ice cold Yoo Hoo
Cereal
Garlic stuffed olives
Cheese
and pickles
One craving I have been having that I have yet to satisfy is Junior Mints. I've been dying for a box of junior mints all week.

I'm excited, because tomorrow Sara will be flying into North Carolina with Fawn. Colleen and I are going to meet them in Raleigh and on Saturday we're all going to drive up to my parents' house in Maryland for a few days. Fun! I only wish Rory could come with us.

Right now I'm waiting for my mopped floor to dry so I can go to bed. I didn't get much sleep last night, but its my own fault. I got stuck watching The Philadelphia Story. If you haven't seen it, it is a great Jimmy Stewart movie. If I come across a Jimmy Stewart movie on tv I just can't stop watching it. They are always entertaining. If I had a party and could invite anyone past or present I would so invite Jimmy Stewart. He could even bring Harvey with him. One thing that always drives me crazy about old movies though is how the men grab the women by the upper arms to pull them in for a kiss. And the women just stare up at them so helpless. I would've punched a guy in the stomach if he grabbed me like that to kiss me. Old movies are cheesy in that way though.

Oh yeah, 3 weeks until the release of The Bourne Ultimatum!

74 days

74 days until my due date. I know two and half months isn't that far away and it is going to fly by, but don't know if my belly can keep growing for 2 more months. I feel like I'm stretched already. I'm starting to get uncomfortable. I can't sleep well. I'm always hot. My clothes aren't fitting comfortably. As soon as i get home from anywhere I throw on my warm up pants or soccer shorts. Only two pieces of clothing that don't irritate me anymore. Oh yeah, and i have to use the bathroom all the time. 3 to 4 times a night. I have to say that I'm looking forward to September.

Finally the weekend

The week home after a vacation seems long. I kept thinking the 4th was Saturday, even though Rory had to work. We didn't do anything for the 4th, because Rory had to work. I didn't even get to cook, because our fridge broke and my meat went bad. That was fun. We had Arby's for 4th of July. Colleen couldn't go to sleep that night, because neighbors were partying, so we went for a ride in our jammies and parked behind the gym to watch the fireworks display. We probably looked cute sitting on the curb in our jammies. Somehow though, a fire ant climbed up me and bit my back. I hate fireants. It hurts really bad at first and swells up, then the next day it itches really bad. So, that was my 4th of July. I'm excited, because Friday Sara and Fawn come and then we're going to drive up to my parents for a few days. Fun times.
